Overview 

The  Foscam FI9853EP - 1.0 Megapixel HD IP Camera is Foscam's first "Plug and Play" Mini Dome.  Featuring the ability to connect via smartphone by simply scanning the QR code, bypassing the need to access your router and setup port forwarding.  The FI9853EP can be set up effortlessly by anyone, even those with limited IT experience. 

View from anywhere at anytime, day or night.  Featuring high quality video with 1.0 Megapixel H.264  video compression.  Supporting sound, motion detection and recording via NVR or cloud recording via www.mangocam.com.  Furthermore, it is iPhone and Android compatible and viewable over the 3G network using free webcam apps.

Functions and Uses 

With remote Internet monitoring ability, the camera functions well as either a part of a home, retail or office security system or equally as well as a remote baby or pet monitor to name just a few uses.

Motion Detection

• The camera supports FTP upload to your NAS device or any other local or remote FTP server

Security

• Access to the cameras is password protected
• The cameras support multiple users with different access rights
• By default the camera is not available on or connected to the Internet nor does it require the Internet to function locally
